The Commonwealth of Dominica is located in the middle of the West Indies. It is an island nation filled with hundreds of years of history and culture. The land of 365 rivers, native Kalinago people, commonly known as the nature isle of the Caribbean, the Commonwealth of Dominica is a land barely touched by human activity. Dominica is also known for its natural landscape, biodiversity, food and friendly people, and eco-friendly environment. A true Eden of the Caribbean.

多米尼克联邦自1978年11月3日独立以来，一直在全球范围内建立伙伴关系和持久友谊。中国已成为多米尼克的亲密朋友之一，这段长达17年的友谊于2004年3月23日正式建立。两国持续密切合作，为所有人创造一个更美好的未来和一个更可持续的未来，多米尼克始终认为，青年在每一项工作中都能发挥积极作用。

Since its independence on November 3rd, 1978, Dominica has continued forming strategic relationships and lasting friendships globally. China has become one of Dominica’s close friends and vice versa. This 17-year friendship was officially established on March 23rd, 2004.  The two countries continue to work closely for a better future for all and a more sustainable future, always acknowledging the importance of youth at the focal point of every decision.

值此多米尼克独立日，作为“团结、友谊  进步”为宗旨的丝路青年论坛的一员，在异乡他国，以此特殊的方式与全世界所有多米尼克人一起，祝福祖国，愿多米尼克日新月异，繁荣发展。

On the occasion of Dominica's Independence Day, as a member of the Silk Road youth forum with the purpose of "unity,  friendship,  and  progress", I wish the Commonwealth of Dominica continued prosperity and development together with all Dominicans worldwide.
