Mr. Yang Dong Ping, Secretary General introduces the Silk Road Youth Forum, a one belt one road international youth exchange platform. The forum responded to the one belt, one road initiative of general secretary Xi Jinping, and carried forward and inherited the "Silk Road spirit". The forum was officially launched in Beijing in September 2017, after the approval of the CPPCC National Committee. Since its establishment, the forum has been committed to cultural development and people to people exchanges, carrying out a series of activities and achieving many important results. Mr. Yang Dong Ping said that when he came to Laishui, he was shocked to learn about the development and changes of Laishui. Further stating that the Silk Road youth forum is willing to contribute to the development of Laishui.
