中国政府友谊奖获得者、联合国教科文组织专家安德烈·切韦廖夫(法国):从“和而不同”思想中汲取智慧

66年前，我的祖父弗拉基米尔·切韦廖夫作为苏联援华专家，有幸从周恩来总理手中接过中苏友谊纪念章。2024年9月，在中华人民共和国成立75周年前夕，我有幸获得了中国政府友谊奖奖章。

Sixty-six years ago,my grandfather,Vladimir Chevelyov,as a Soviet expertaiding China,was fortunate enough toreceive the commemorative Medal of Sino-Soviet Friendship from Premier Zhou Enlai.In September 2024,on the eve of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People'sRepublic of China,I was honored to receive the China Government Friendship Award Medal.

几十年来，中国成为具有全球影响力的大国，为世界和平与发展作出了卓越贡献。中国的经济增长、科技进步和文化影响力给世界留下了不可磨灭的印记。我对中国人民的坚忍、智慧和为国家发展付出的努力充满敬意。

For decades,China has become a majorcountry with global influence and hasmade outstanding contributions to worldpeace and development.China's economicgrowth,technological progress and culturalinfluence have left an indelible mark onthe world.I have great respect for theperseverance and wisdom of the Chinesepeople,and the efforts they have made forthe development of the country.

国际社会可以从中国“和而不同”的思想中汲取智慧。习近平主席提出的一系列完善全球治理的倡议和主张，不仅提升了中国在国际舞台上的地位，还为推动国家间合作与理解铺平了道路。我相信，共同推动高质量共建“一带一路”，一定能为世界创造更加光明的未来。

The international community can drawwisdom from China's idea of "harmony withoutuniformity".The series of initiatives andpropositions put forward by President XiJinping for improving global governance havenot only enhanced China's status on the international stage but also paved the wayfor promoting cooperation and understandingamong countries.I believe that jointly promoting high-quality joint constructionof the Belt and Road Initiative will surelycreate a brighter future for the world.

高速公路网络覆盖各地，高铁建设日新月异，城市面貌焕然一新……作为新疆各族人民的老朋友，我为新时代新疆的变化感到由衷高兴。中国政府对新疆的投入和关怀，展现了中国特色社会主义制度的巨大优越性。

The expressway network covers all areas,the construction of high-speed railways ischanging with each passing day,and theurban appearance has taken on a completelynew look...As an old friend of peopleof all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,I amsincerely glad about the changes in Xinjiangin the new era.The investment and care thatthe Chinese government has shown towardsXinjiang demonstrates the great superiorityof the socialist system with Chinesecharacteristics.

40年来，我有幸通过参与在新疆的文化交流项目，亲身体会到了中国政府对文化遗产保护的高度重视。尼雅和丹丹乌里克的考古发现，得益于中国考古学家的卓越贡献，更离不开中国政府的坚定支持。对珍贵文物的保护和研究工作，充分彰显中国在文化遗产保护领域的领先水平。

Over the past 40 years,I have beenfortunate enough to participate in culturalexchange projects in Xinjiang and personallyexperience the high regard that the Chinesegovernment attaches to the protection ofcultural heritage.The archaeologicaldiscoveries of Niya and Dandan Ulrick are attributed to the outstanding contributionsof Chinese archaeologists and areinseparable from the firm support of theChinese government.The protection andresearch of precious cultural relics fullydemonstrate China's leading level in thefield of cultural heritage protection.

如今，我在日本大力介绍新疆，讲述真实的新疆故事。作为古丝绸之路的重要枢纽，新疆是连接亚欧大陆的重要桥梁，共建“一带一路”倡议为新疆带来了前所未有的发展机遇。我相信，新疆的明天一定会更加美好。

Nowadays,I am vigorously introducingXinjiang in Japan and telling the truestories of Xinjiang.As an important hubof the ancient Silk Road,Xinjiang is asignificant bridge connecting the Eurasiancontinent.The Belt and Road Initiativehas brought unprecedented developmentopportunities to Xinjiang.I believe thatXinjiang's future will surely be evenbrighter.
